Elizabeth Stoeber offers Tobin Solitario clients a broad-based investment banking background with Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.

Betsy’s experience includes participation in transactions such as IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, spin-offs, split-offs, exchange offers and high-yield, investment grade and bank debt offerings. Betsy has handled debt and equity transactions for both private and publicly-traded clients. Her work spans a broad range of industries in the United States, Europe and Asia.

Prior to her move to investment banking, Betsy held commercial banking positions with Citibank and Credit Suisse. Additionally, she has advised companies in the area of IR / corporate communications, business development / strategic alliance building and the venture capital arena.

Betsy holds an MBA from New York University and a BA (cum laude) from the University of Michigan. She has served as an Associate Overseer on the NYU Stern School’s Board of Overseers and on the Alumni Board from 1997 to 2001. Betsy is fluent in German and holds the Series 7 and 63 securities license designations from FINRA.
