Paul Solitario has more than twenty-five years of experience in corporate banking, corporate finance, and wealth management services. Paul was President and COO of PPN Wireless, a marketing and market research technology venture that provided services to the pharmaceutical and medical device industry.

Prior to Tobin Solitario, Paul was a Senior Vice President in the Private Client Group at First Citizens Bank. From 1995 to 2001, Paul served as a Vice President and industry specialist in First Union Capital Market’s Healthcare Finance Group. His experience includes originating exclusive sale side engagements, private placements, high yield debt, mezzanine capital, asset based lending, syndicated finance, and bank debt both in the U.S. and Latin America. Prior to his work in Capital Markets, Paul helped start First Union’s Private Banking Group where he originated and managed an extensive investment and loan portfolio.

Paul earned his BS in Economics from the College of William and Mary with an emphasis on International Money and Banking and is fluent in Spanish. He holds the Series 24, 7, 63 and 66 securities license designation from FINRA. Paul is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, Council for Entrepreneurial Development, Entrepreneurial Leadership Circle, and the President and founder of Wed3, Inc. (an angel investor networking group).
